About the data processing

Webshop software
Our webshop is developed with software from Logivert.
Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services are shared with this party.
Logivert has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Logivert is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
Logivert uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Logivert reserves the right to share collected data within the company to further improve the service.

We use the services of De Sjop Online for our regular business e-mail traffic.
This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.


Payment processors
We use the Multi-safe-pay platform to handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop.
Multi-safe-pay processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number.
Multi-safe-pay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Multi-safe-pay reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties.
In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Multi-safe-pay will share personal information and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies.

All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Multi-safe-pay's services for which they engage third parties.
Multi-safe-pay does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal deadlines.


Reviews
We collect reviews via the platform of Kiyoh.
If you leave a review via Kiyoh then you are obliged to enter your name, e-mail address.
Kiyoh will share this information with us so that we can link the review to your order.
Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on their own website.
In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to provide an explanation of your review.
In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with Kiyoh.
They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review.

Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

Shipping and logistics
If you place an order in our webshop, it is our job to have your package delivered to you.
We use the services of MyParcel to carry out the deliveries.
It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with MyParcel.
MyParcel only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement.
In the event that MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel also makes your details available to these parties.


Invoicing and accounting
For our records of our administration and accounting, we use the services of Exact
We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order.
This data is used for managing sales invoices.
Your personal data are stored protected. Exact is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially.
Exact does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the details have been changed on the e-mail address known to us.


Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to have the data that we (let) process and relate to you as a person or can be traced back to you, limited. You can submit a request to us and you will receive a response to your request within 30 days.
